Our Approach
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- Access control: Role-based permissions ensure a leasing agent, maintenance coordinator, or owner can only view data relevant to their role.
- Payment security: Rent and vendor payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers; we never store raw card numbers on our own servers.
- Audit logging: Access to financial and tenant records is logged and available for review.
